Oak Frame Kitchen Extensions

A Kitchen That Changes How You Live

A kitchen extension is rarely just about the kitchen. It is about creating the space where daily life gathers – cooking, eating, talking, hosting and spending time together.

An oak framed kitchen extension brings warmth, light and character into the heart of the home.

Why choose an Oak Frame Kitchen Extension?

Natural Light

Bring daylight into the centre of the home and create a brighter space for everyday living.

Connection to the Garden

Open the kitchen and dining space towards the outside.

Warmth

Oak softens modern kitchens and helps the room feel more natural and settled.

Everyday Use

The design can support cooking, dining, family life and entertaining in one coherent space.

Character

The frame gives the room architectural interest without relying on decoration.

Practicality

A good kitchen extension should be beautiful, but it also has to work hard every day.

How Much Does an Oak Frame Kitchen Extension Cost?

The cost of an oak framed kitchen extension depends on the size, specification, glazing, structural requirements and level of finish.

Kitchen extensions often involve more coordination than a simple room addition because the space may include drainage, electrics, lighting, heating, flooring and kitchen installation. After an initial conversation, we can provide a guide budget figure so you understand what is realistic before detailed design begins.

What happens next?

Get in touch with us and we’ll start getting to know you, your aims and your budget before arranging your free consultation.

We provide a free design visit to get a detailed idea of your requirements before we start work on your design.

Using the information and ideas we’ve shared during the first meeting and our conversations, we produce a design and guide budget for your approval.

Once you’ve given your feedback and we’ve fine tuned the designs, we submit them for planning.

Detailed drawings are produced (by us or your own architect if you prefer) and a fixed price quotation is provided. No hidden extras.

We offer a ‘turn key’ service, dealing with every aspect of the build from initial design to completion of the build in the South East of England. Elsewhere in the UK we are able to provide oak frame and glazing working with your chosen builder – an ideal option for self builds.
