Why choose an oak frame garden room?

The look and feel of your home is a very personal choice. We think oak framed extensions offer the best possible combination of aesthetics, sustainability and value.

Aesthetics

Oak frame garden rooms have a beautiful, natural appearance that can complement any home style. The unique grain patterns and warm tones of the wood can add character and warmth to your home.

Sustainability

Oak is a renewable resource and is a popular choice for environmentally conscious homeowners. Additionally, the construction of an oak framed extension requires less energy and resources than other types of construction materials.

Durability

Oak is an incredibly strong and durable wood, with a lifespan of hundreds of years. An oak framed extension can withstand the test of time and requires minimal maintenance.

Biophilic design

Biophilic designed living spaces consider things like natural materials, natural lighting and ventilation, natural landscape features and other elements for creating a more productive and healthy environment.

Resale value

An oak framed extension can add significant value to your home. The unique, high-quality construction and timeless aesthetic can attract potential buyers and increase the resale value of your property.

Flexibility

Oak is a versatile material that can be easily shaped and customized to fit your specific design needs. An oak frame extension can be designed to blend seamlessly with your existing home or to create a striking contrast.

How much does an oak framed garden room cost?

The cost of an oak framed garden room can vary greatly depending on several factors, such as the size of the building, the distance from the main utilities, the complexity of the design, and the quality of the oak used.

To get an accurate idea of the cost of an oak framed garden room, get in touch with us and we’ll ask a few questions about what you are hoping to achieve before arranging a free initial consultation. We will gather all the information we need to put together a design and guide price for you with no obligation from you. If you already have a design prepared, we can use this too. If you’re happy with the guide price, we will provide a detailed quote based on your specific requirements and location.

Detailed drawings are produced (by us or your own architect if you prefer) and a fixed price quotation is provided. No hidden extras.

We offer a ‘turn key’ service, dealing with every aspect of the build from initial design to completion of the build in the South East of England. Elsewhere in the UK we are able to provide oak frame and glazing working with your chosen builder – an ideal option for self builds.
